Access and Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Course access is granted for personal, non-commercial use.

Minimum age and capacity: you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account security: you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account.
Access scope: licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, for personal study unless otherwise stated.
Account activity: we may suspend or restrict access if suspicious, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Refunds may be available if eligibility criteria are met.

Pricing and taxes: displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes which will be calculated at checkout.
Billing authorization: by submitting a payment method, you authorize charges for the selected products or subscriptions.
Subscriptions: recurring fees are billed in advance per term; you may cancel renewal before the next billing date.
Refund window: unless stated otherwise, you can request a refund within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is consumed.
Chargebacks: please contact support first to resolve issues and prevent unnecessary chargebacks.

Do not share account credentials.
Do not redistribute course content without permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service.
No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk access without prior written consent.
No posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

No warranties: services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Indirect damages excluded: including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Aggregate cap: our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or upload to the platform.

License to us: you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content to operate and improve the services.
Responsibility: you warrant you have the rights to share the content and that it complies with these Terms.
Moderation: we may remove or restrict content that violates policies or laws.

All platform materials—including courses, text, graphics, logos, and code—are owned by WhisperGlen Clay or its licensors.

Limited license: you may view and use content for your personal learning under these Terms.
Restrictions: you may not copy, modify, translate, sell, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Trademarks: names, logos, and marks are protected and may not be used without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security concerns.

You may cease use at any time; certain clauses survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability).
Upon termination, your right to access the services ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute resolution: parties agree to attempt informal resolution before formal proceedings.
Venue: exclusive jurisdiction and venue will be the competent courts of our principal location unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect upon posting, with notice provided where required.
